How long will it take for my order to ship?

Since all of our products are handmade to order (unless otherwise stated, please check product description), please allow 3-5 business days for processing and making your order. Once your item is ready, we will ship it out promptly. If you have a specific timeline or need your order rushed, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you didn’t receive tracking info, please check your spam folder, or feel free to reach out to us.

Do you offer free shipping?

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is crafted with care and is unique. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to replace it for you.
