Turnaround Time
Most Annti’s Studio items are made to order and typically take 1–2 weeks to create before shipping. If an item is already made and ready to ship, processing time will be shorter and sent out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery may take up to 7 business days, depending on your location and carrier. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

Local (Vancouver) Orders
Local delivery or pickup options will be shown at checkout when available.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Currently we are only shipping within Canada.

Care instructions are provided in each product listing. To help your item last, we recommend gentle use and spot cleaning when possible. Annti’s Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or normal wear and tear.

At this time, custom orders are limited. Any custom or personalized items are final sale and may have longer processing times.
